I'm sold. Based on so many high ratings, I had to give this place a try. First off, our waitress was Donna. She's a gem. Great service and only took two guesses to know who sang " Oh Donna. ". Richie Valens. Buddy Holly is wrong but close. 4 breakfasts all came out in about 5 minutes and no mistakes. Quickest and maybe the best in Florida. Won't be any discussions on where do we eat tomorrow. And also very reasonably priced.

The food was tasty. Great portion sizes and service was awesome. The owner was there, and she made us feel at home. I was skeptic because i haven't heard of this placed and I've lived in the greater Cresthaven area for 26 years! Well the interior is dated but it adds to the abundance of the diner! Quick service, and the food was delicious! I had sausage wheat toast with home fries and scramble eggs. I was happy to say that's very morsel was enjoyed. This place is great, you can see why it has been here for so long. Quick service , friendly service, awesome down to earth home feel to the place. You feel like family when you walk in, great spot.

Home cooked feel, and friendly, fast service. When we arrived the line was out the door but the wait was short because they move people quickly. It wasn't anything spectacular but it was good. They offer your typical breafast options of eggs, toast, ham, sausage, pancakes, grits, eggs benedict, etc...

  • Adrienne M.

This place was packed. Breakfast was typical and good...definitely good pricing!!! I'm saying A-ok because while it's a good diner I was a little concerned about how clean it is...not saying it was dirty because it was not but not sure if I'll go back...i'm on the fence. If we make it back then I will revise my review.

What a hidden gem! I have been here plenty of times for breakfast and I am never disappointed! I've tried just about everything on the menu... The biscuits are to die for!

Great food, friendly staff. I love that it's like a diner out of an old movie. The food is always cooked to perfection and always consistent. Really no complaints at all.

Not bad... decent spot for a quite breakfast/brunch bite

I come down to Boca Raton from Pittsburgh every winter for the last 8 years, and I've finally found a great breakfast place. Service is friendly and fast. Food is great. The eggs are large and fresh, not like the small eggs that everyone else serves. And the bonus is that you get change from a $10 bill when you pay your check.

  • Aaron V.

I've only been here a few times. Every time, except once, I've breakfast...the other was lunch. It's all very "diner average", with the exception of of 3 things that push it to 5 stars: - country ham...this it truly hog crack - grits...how it that something so simple is so easy to screw up? They get it right - Kim...a really helpful, friendly and nice waitress that could easily push her welcome over the edge, but never quite does.

Denise's Kitchen is a small family diner that serves simple classic menu items at a great price. The staff is very efficient and make it easy for a quick stop on a hectic work day. This place consistently provides a good product.

  • terry h.

Yeah very good. I was surprised to see reviews since it is only a breakfast and lunch diner at an out-the-way place. I stopped by chance on a hard day. Very pleasant interlude. Wanted to give a shout out for good breakfast done right at a cheap price. Best, Terry

Good food, fast friendly service, and topped off with a small bill. My sister and I enjoyed a very good breakfast here for less than $20, barely 15 actually, What's not to be a fan of?

  • Kimmie N.

It couldve been good but it tastes like everything fried was fried in the same grease (sausage and eggs) then of course when i mixed my eggs with my grits they tasted like grease too.

Well today I guess it was a twilight zone day....I called to place my order for pick-up and the lady answers she then hung up on me maybe it was a bad connection. I call back and she takes my order....I arrive to the restaurant to pick up my order I can see it on the table waiting so I stand at the cash register waiting for the waitress or hostess. While waiting another gentlman comes to pay for his order. The woman comes up and instead of letting me pay for my order she takes his and he tells her excuse me but this gentleman was here before me but that didnt stop her at all. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. The breakfast wasnt as great also, the bacon was burnt. Hopefully the pancakes are still good.

Good but not great for breakfast in Pompano Beach. Typical breakfast fare which was what it was but didn't stand out. Wife loves pancakes and said she has had better but were ok.

Very good food, very nice people. After a long day, we really enjoyed the good food and welcoming atmosphere. Would be glad to come back anytime. Don't judge from the outside- the little strip mall is rundown, but inside is fine.

I've been here for lunch more times than I can count. This is an excellent place to eat, and they are not only affordable, polite, but they are very very fast. I have found their food to be consistently delicious, and their wait staff to be incredibly friendly. Over all, this is a place that I think everyone should try out not only to support a small business, but also because they genuinely care whether or not your food is good.

Extensive menu, great service prompt coffee refills. Good blue collar early gathering crowd. Very clean. Whenever I'm down here this is the place I'll get breakfast from now on.

The portions are huge! Tucked away in a ratty shopping center but don't let that stop you the service and food are great. Felt like I was sitting at my own kitchen table. The cost was much less than expected, service great and I would most certainly recommend. Happy we found this.

They have the best customer service ever. Order breakfast waiting like about ten minutes and my food was out. They made my eggs just how I like them. Deffenitly will be back this beats IHOP and Denny's by far!!!

  • Keelan P.

True greasy spoon. Interior is straight out of late 70s, early 80s. Kind of kitschy now. Service was very good and quick, As for food, the ham was great, as another reviewer stated. Also the burger my daughter had was very good. We are late sleepers on vacation though ( heck, anytime we can), so I was a bit disappointed that the breakfast menu ended at 11 AM. This seems like a place where you could order breakfast all day. I got lucky in that they do offer eggs and bacon later. For what it is, I recommend this place if you find yourself near it.

  • Rockin R.

I've been coming here for years. Great food, like no other when it comes to breakfast places. I will drive the distance to go here! I have referred a number of friends and they love it too. Service is great and the food Fabu! Would recommend! If you are ever in the area (or not), stop by, you won't be disappointed. Even if they are super busy, your food order is never delayed, cooks are phenomenal!

Best breakfast in town with very fast service!! You will not be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and are quick with the good orders. If you want a great breakfast, try the #3 country breakfast, my g/f loved it. I really liked the French toast sand which! If I ever make it back to Ft. Lauderdale, I'll definitely be stopping here in the morning. P.S. Breakfast ends at 11am

I had to work on sunday and I was hungry and yelp led me here to quench the Sunday hunger, again the yelp community lead me to a gem that I will go to again. Food was what I wanted, diner atmosphere, smiling staff that wants you to eat and go which is what I wanted to do in the first place. Eggs weren't wet and that was good with me. Simple and good - HOW breakfast should be.
